It was a toyline created by Hasbro that was turned into a comic book by Marvel Comics and then a cartoon by Marvel Productions. None of the scripts were produced in? Japan and nothing was contributed by them aside from animation.

@Grimm5667 i will agree Speilburg isn’t the best one when it comes to anime just look at transformers. i think if thy are going to do ghost in the shell they will have to take that time to find the right director and actors god knows we do have some great female actors that will fill the roll of major.?

i am happy that a lot of anime are coming to the big screen i would love to see how they would do ghost in the shell with the technology? we have to day. i was happy when speed racer came to big screen. but the only thing is that i want them to find the right actors and producers when they do go into production.
